After 40, I felt like MY BODY WAS BETRAYING ME

Until I discovered a simple ritual that changed everything

My name is Susan, I’m 54 years old, and I’ve been married for 26 years. I’m the proud mother of three wonderful teenagers, and, like many women, I grew up dreaming of building a stable home and a fulfilling life. For a long time, I believed I was achieving it: I had a family, a good job, and many goals that I was gradually reaching.

The Doctor listened carefully and then surprised me by sharing that he, too, had faced similar struggles in recent years. He explained that sometimes, certain parts of the body can influence how we feel and respond to lifestyle changes.
